ABOUT THE CLASS: CLUB Lulu is high intensity, soul-loving dance fitness. This interval-style class is both high and low intensity, with toning and plenty of body love. It is an open-level class, suitable for all levels to modify up or down.

SATURDAYS, 7AM

ABOUT THE CLASS: CAMP Lulu is bodyweight conditioning, training for today and for longevity. We use our bodies to build strength, stability, mobility, and power. The class can be modified for all levels, but some fitness background is recommended. Space is limited.

Classes are all about fitness, fun, and connection - to others and to ourselves. Build confidence in your body's growing capability week after week. The sky is the limit!

  • CLASSES START ON TIME (doors open 10 minutes before class and will close during class). Get there early!

  • BRING PHOTO ID. I am a one-woman shop, and I may have amazing volunteers working with me who don't know the amazing person you are. Help them by bringing your ID.

Frequently Asked

Q: How long are the classes?

A: Classes start on time and are a full hour, with about 50 minutes of workout and a few minutes to prepare you for the workout. Come early! Doors open at 6:50pm.


Q: What kind of music is played?

A: I love to bring the SOUL out of music! But, if you're looking for more hip-hip, more pop, more afrobeats, more Caribbean, more hype latin, more exploring the soul in all the styles - these classes are for you! I follow Ray Charles' thinking, "Soul is like electricity - we don't really know what it is, but it's a force that can light a room... Soul is when you take a song and make it a part of you."


Q: What level are the classes?

A: These are open level classes! Lu has been teaching for decades (telling my age!) and can modify up or down for your safety and enjoyment. It is most important that you build confidence and have fun at every stage of movement. Not only does this ensure your growth, but it also ensures that you are able to hear to your body's healthy cues and make changes as needed.


Q: What if I miss the class I registered for?

A: We are unable to give refunds for missed classes. Because there is limited space, your reservation is very important! Be sure you and your companions are able to attend the class before purchasing your passes. Always check Facebook.com/groups/classes for the latest class schedule.


Q: What do I bring?

A: Bring WATER and a PHOTO ID! If you forget everything else, don't forget your water. And photo ID to get in. You'll need a towel, a mat for CAMP Lulu, and always clothes and shoes to move freely. Maybe you'll want to bring your fitness tracker? Other than that, bring yourself and your willingness to explore what your body can do!
