BRING PHOTO ID. I am a one-woman shop, and I may have amazing volunteers working with me who don't know the amazing person you are. Help them by bringing your ID.

A: Classes start on time and are a full hour, with about 50 minutes of workout and a few minutes to prepare you for the workout. Come early! To be sure the building is secure during and after the class, I may not be able to let you in if you arrive late.
A: I love to bring the SOUL out of music! But, if you're looking for more hip-hip, more pop, more afrobeats, more Caribbean, more hype latin, more exploring the soul in all the styles - these classes are for you! I follow Ray Charles' thinking, "Soul is like electricity - we don't really know what it is, but it's a force that can light a room... Soul is when you take a song and make it a part of you."
A: These are open level classes! Lu has been teaching for decades (telling my age!) and can modify up or down for your safety and enjoyment. It is most important that you build confidence and have fun at every stage of movement. Not only does this ensure your growth, but it also ensures that you are able to hear to your body's healthy cues and make changes as needed.
A: We are unable to give refunds for missed classes. Because there is limited space, your reservation is very important! Be sure you and your companions are able to attend the class before purchasing your passes. Always check Facebook.com/groups/classes for the latest class schedule.
A: Bring WATER and a PHOTO ID! If you forget everything else, don't forget your water. And photo ID to get in. You'll need a towel, a mat for CAMP Lulu, and always clothes and shoes to freely move. Maybe you'll want to bring your fitness tracker? Other than that, bring yourself and your willingness to explore what your body can do!
