A: You will have access to a private FB community and live weekly group coaching calls. Through these, I am able to support you with your hurdles and stuck areas as you have them each week. You also have the option to purchase 1-on-1 coaching sessions with Lu.
A: With the digital nature of the program, alongside live support and resources, the program is set up to get results if you participate fully. I'm sorry, we do not offer refunds.
A: It is ideal to do the program as it is laid out and to persevere and build skills to reset when things get tough. If you choose to skip around or stop and restart, you may miss vital building blocks that ensure best results.
A: You can expect to do workouts and complete the homework in about 1-3 hours per week, depending on your chosen pace. Implementing the habits each week is essential but also will be according to your availability and goals as established early in the course.
