Hey friend,

I’m Lu, certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and lifetime mover. After babies, I wrestled with the wellness game and LOST, time and again. This is why I created the Body Habit Rescue. I saw my friends losing the wellness battle, and I couldn't stand by when I had answers!


My mission is to help us love our bodies all the way to whole health. I created Body Habit Rescue for you, a health habit program that aims to get you unstuck and get results.

Q: Do we get 1-on-1 coaching with this course?

A: You will have access to a private FB community and live weekly group coaching calls. Through these, I am able to support you with your hurdles and stuck areas as you have them each week. You also have the option to purchase 1-on-1 coaching sessions with Lu.

Q: Do you offer refunds?

A: With the digital nature of the program, alongside live support and resources, the program is set up to get results if you participate fully. I'm sorry, we do not offer refunds.

Q: Do I need to do the program as it is laid out, or can I stop and start if needed?

A: It is ideal to do the program as it is laid out and to persevere and build skills to reset when things get tough. If you choose to skip around or stop and restart, you may miss vital building blocks that ensure best results.

Q: What is the time commitment each week?

A: You can expect to do workouts and complete the homework in about 1-3 hours per week, depending on your chosen pace. Implementing the habits each week is essential but also will be according to your availability and goals as established early in the course.

Q: Can I cancel my payments any time?

A: Although we have had membership opportunities in the past, this program is limited and is NOT a membership. You are obligated to pay in full for the program once you have been enrolled.

Q: How long do I have access to the program?

A: You may access the program and support for 12 weeks and can re-register for new sessions as needed.
